Florence sits about an hour west of our Springfield home base, out where the Siuslaw River meets the dunes, and it’s one of our favorite drives on the calendar. Between the Historic Old Town waterfront, the dunes themselves, and the venues tucked along the river, Florence weddings and events have a character you don’t get anywhere else on the coast, and we’ve built our setup to travel well so none of that gets lost when we show up.

We’re based in Springfield, about 50 miles and an hour’s drive from Florence via Highway 126. That puts Florence right at our travel-fee line, we’ll confirm in your quote whether your specific venue falls inside the free radius or outside it, in which case a flat $75 travel fee applies. We bring the same gear and the same crew to Florence that we’d bring to a Eugene event, nothing scaled down for the drive.
